T.O.P-WING Ltd. is a privately owned company, founded in 2001 by pilots and test engineers, graduates of the IAF Flight Test Center (MANAT). The company specializes in the planning and execution of experiments of air, land and naval platforms and relies on the rich experience of its personnel, accumulated through prolonged service in the defense organizations. The pilots and test engineers have been trained by recognized schools and centers around the world and in Israel and have extensive operational experience. The company's activities include characterization, planning, installations, instrumentation, measurements and execution of experiments. After the flight tests are carried out, a process of debriefing of results is done, which includes decoding, analysis, documentation and writing summary reports in accordance with the requirements of the client and the regulators. The company specializes in licensing aircraft and airborne systems, including full accompaniment of the process vis-à-vis the aviation authorities. Among the company's clients are the Ministry of Defense, Rafael, Elbit, IAI and more. Top-Wing is a Ministry of Defense certified exporter, supervised by DSDE and has ISO 9001-2015 quality standard.
